Role overview

BRKZ is a construction-technology startup in Saudi Arabia that operates a platform connecting contractors with building material suppliers. This Product Manager role focuses on the fulfillment and operations domain, where you will lead the strategy and execution of the order lifecycle—from purchase orders through delivery and reconciliation—while reducing manual processes and operational friction.

Key responsibilities

Define problem statements, scope, and success metrics for fulfillment workflows across the platform.
Map and analyze end-to-end processes from purchase order creation to final delivery and reconciliation, identifying friction points and failure modes.
Prioritize initiatives based on operational impact, business value, implementation effort, and risk exposure.
Partner with Technology Leads in a shared accountability model and write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release specifications.
Coordinate across Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supply teams to align on strategy and execution.
Identify, scope, and deliver automation and AI-assisted workflow opportunities that reduce manual intervention.
Measure post-launch adoption, data accuracy, cycle times, and operational impact on the business.
Lead stakeholder reviews and make clear trade-off decisions with senior leadership.

Requirements

Five to seven years of product management experience, with a track record of owning operational or workflow-focused products.
Practical experience using AI tools within discovery, delivery, or operations contexts.
Demonstrated success shipping automation or AI-assisted features into production.
Proven ability to improve product team throughput or quality through process or tooling improvements.
Strong systems thinking across people, processes, and tools, with comfort interpreting operational metrics and dashboards.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and decision-making capabilities, with confidence in challenging stakeholders and defending product positions.
