Caseware is a fintech company that has pioneered audit and accounting software for over 30 years, serving more than 500,000 users across 130 countries. As Manager of Marketing Operations, Campaigns & Emails, you will oversee the global marketing automation platform and technology infrastructure, ensuring the tools and systems supporting the worldwide marketing team operate effectively and drive data-informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Maintain database integrity and health to support accurate marketing operations and reporting.
Execute and manage email marketing and nurture programs at a global scale.
Process leads and implement strategies to accelerate lead progression through the pipeline.
Support the setup, configuration, and tracking of marketing campaigns across the organization.
Develop and maintain marketing reporting systems and monitor key performance indicators.
Evaluate and implement new marketing technology tools and operational processes to enhance team capabilities.
Create documentation and training materials to ensure proper system usage and knowledge transfer across global teams.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing marketing automation platforms and related technology stacks.
Proven ability to handle email marketing programs, campaign management, and lead processing workflows.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and KPI measurement and monitoring.
Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, global teams and support operational excellence.
Self-directed approach to problem-solving and a proactive mindset in identifying system improvements.
