Role overview

Cohere is a leading enterprise AI company building foundation models and AI products for business use. This Revenue Operations internship involves supporting the overhaul of critical data infrastructure as Cohere expands its go-to-market capabilities. You will work on data pipelines, reporting systems, and automation that help revenue and finance teams make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting systems for go-to-market and finance leadership.
Help maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce and other go-to-market systems used by the company.
Work with cross-functional teams to consolidate customer data from product usage, sales activity, marketing engagement, support interactions, and contract information.
Assist with building and updating data pipelines that connect data across Salesforce, BigQuery, and other platforms.
Help identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes across revenue teams.
Support ad hoc data analysis and operational requests from the Revenue team as needed.

Requirements

Interest in learning about Revenue Operations, data analytics, and how technology companies structure their go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrated experience working with data through coursework, previous internships, personal projects, or extracurricular activities.
Comfort with spreadsheets and a willingness to develop proficiency in tools such as SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand how data, systems, and business processes connect.
Detail orientation with a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy and quality standards.
Ability to learn new tools quickly and manage work across multiple concurrent projects.
Clear communication skills with the ability to explain data findings and their business significance to others.
