We are seeking a Sales Manager based in New York to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in this key market.

Key responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass both team-wide and individual performance targets.
Build a high-performing sales team capable of identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Introduce Lalamove’s delivery services to prospective clients and explain how the platform addresses their logistics needs.
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to support retention and growth.
Support the company’s expansion strategy as Lalamove scales its presence in the U.S. market.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading and managing a sales team.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets.
Ability to identify sales leads and convert them into new business relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer connections.
Based in or willing to work from New York, NY.
