Role overview

Flow is reimagining residential and commercial living through a platform spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. As Sales Manager, Leasing, you will lead and develop the leasing team while driving performance against leasing, occupancy, and revenue objectives in a hands-on leadership capacity.

Key responsibilities

Own the overall performance, development, and execution strategy for the leasing team.
Lead, coach, and develop Leasing Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business goals.
Actively participate in the day-to-day leasing process, including property tours, prospect interactions, follow-up activities, and lease execution.
Partner with the Community Manager and property leadership to execute leasing strategy and understand local market conditions.
Drive Flow’s business priorities and manage team performance toward leasing and occupancy targets.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving performance against leasing and revenue goals.
Experience in the leasing or real estate sales environment.
Capability to work hands-on alongside team members in a customer-facing leasing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner effectively with property leadership and community teams.
