Role overview

Aldar is seeking an experienced Senior Associate for its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to lead artificial intelligence transformation initiatives across the Group. This Strategy and Transformation role will combine hands-on project management of strategic A.I. programs with responsibility for building internal A.I. tools and automations that enhance team productivity and organizational insights.

Key responsibilities

Manage the Group’s most strategic A.I. initiatives end-to-end, from business case development through deployment, coordinating multiple business owners, technology teams and external vendors.
Lead the EPMO team’s A.I. transformation by developing new tools, automations and products that enhance productivity and management insights.
Design, build and maintain A.I. agents and automated workflows while ensuring data governance, user adoption and continuous performance improvement.
Establish and document frameworks for managing initiatives, including methodologies, governance tools and appropriate organizational structures.
Identify dependencies between initiatives and proactively manage risks and escalations at both individual and portfolio levels.
Report on project progress, milestones achieved, interdependencies, risks and challenges to senior management.
Support business owners in improving project planning quality and reviewing deliverables through quality assurance activities.

Requirements

Minimum six years of professional experience in PMO, technology delivery or A.I. and software engineering roles.
Proven track record building and deploying A.I. tools, agents or automations into live business environments.
Experience leading A.I. initiatives from conception through post-implementation closure and review.
Technical proficiency in A.I. development including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation and prompt engineering.
Working knowledge of Python and SQL coding, APIs, data integration and Azure cloud environment.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft tools including Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power BI.
Strong capabilities in project management, Agile delivery methodologies and strategic planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline; A.I. certification and PMP credential are advantageous.
