As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will take on a strategic leadership position focused on optimizing sales operations, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment between sales execution and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

Partner with the VP of Sales for the Americas to define and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics that drive business outcomes.
Streamline sales processes including pipeline management, CRM optimization, and sales enablement tools to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate across inside sales, solution architecture, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
Monitor sales KPIs and conduct data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities and recommend adjustments for better conversion rates and revenue attainment.
Contribute to building and fostering a high-performance culture within sales operations and business development functions.
Serve as a liaison between sales leadership, frontline managers, individual contributors, and executive teams to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in sales operations, business development, and strategy roles, ideally within AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Expertise in sales process optimization and the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and navigate high-growth environments.
Executive-level communication abilities with experience creating board-level presentations and customer engagement materials.
