Role overview

As an AI Enablement Engineer within the Digital Transformation Group, you will lead the transition of generative AI from experimental prototypes to production-ready business solutions. Working as part of the Enterprise Architecture team, you will partner with cross-functional business units to operationalize AI capabilities that drive measurable impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Move AI-assisted applications from early-stage prototypes into secure, reliable production environments by collaborating with business teams in Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and Go-to-Market.
Develop technical guidelines, checklists, and guardrails for copilots and agentic workflows that enable rapid innovation while maintaining data security and regulatory compliance.
Connect frontier AI models and tools such as Claude, Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock with the company’s native SaaS and ERP business systems to scale capabilities across the organization.
Design and maintain evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization processes, and monitoring systems that ensure enterprise copilots and autonomous agents operate reliably and transparently at scale.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and supporting AI applications and automated workflows in enterprise production environments.
Strong practical knowledge of modern AI engineering patterns, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automated model guardrails.
Hands-on experience integrating cloud-based foundation models, AI developer toolchains, and enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms to support corporate functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, or customer-facing operations.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and align technical architecture with business strategy.
Willingness to work in-office from the Santa Clara location, except for approved time off, travel, or other authorized leave.
