Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of AI enablement assets including tools, agents, integrations, prompts, evaluations, and documentation created during external engagement, ensuring they remain reliable and understood by the team.
  • Advance the AI maturity model by moving marketers from initial wins through regular integration to self-sufficiency, and report progress to leadership.
  • Own the marketing AI roadmap by prioritizing what to build next, deciding what to retire, and establishing standards and patterns for team development.
  • Build AI-powered tools, agents, and automations tailored to marketing workflows including campaign planning, audience research, content development, channel execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Create and maintain integrations connecting AI to live data so marketers can work with real information through natural language instead of manual exports.
  • Establish quality and reliability practices through evaluations and testing so tools remain trustworthy as models and platforms change.
  • Uncover opportunities at scale that are impractical to surface manually, such as analyzing hundreds of creative variants or search terms to extract patterns and insights.
  • Embed with marketers to understand their workflows and pain points, coach them through AI adoption, and turn individual use cases into reusable playbooks and templates.

Requirements

  • Experience building AI-powered tools and automations tailored to real business workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, model capabilities, and integrations such as MCP servers.
  • Ability to establish quality practices, evaluations, and testing frameworks for AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience coaching teams through adoption of new capabilities and translating individual wins into scalable patterns.
  • Understanding of marketing workflows across campaign strategy, paid acquisition, content, analytics, and optimization.
  • Capacity to stay current with evolving AI models, tools, and best practices in a fast-moving field.
