Role overview

TribalScale is a digital innovation firm that partners with organizations to build transformative digital products and apply emerging technologies—particularly artificial intelligence—to solve meaningful business challenges. As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll own client engagements end-to-end, working across three distinct engagement types: building new AI agents, launching greenfield products built natively with agentic architecture, and helping established companies modernize legacy platforms while building internal AI-native capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Own client engagements from discovery and scoping through delivery, serving as the primary product voice with clients rather than working behind account management.
  • Scope and execute greenfield product builds by transforming zero-to-one ideas into sequenced, shippable roadmaps designed with agentic architecture from the start.
  • Lead platform modernization and rebuild engagements that help clients migrate away from legacy systems without disrupting existing operations, balancing technical debt against delivery pace.
  • Design and deliver AI-native enablement programs that build your clients’ internal teams’ capabilities in agentic development, ensuring they can sustain the work independently.
  • Translate vague business requirements into scoped work by writing product requirements documents, defining success metrics, and sequencing delivery so engineering teams understand what to build and why.
  • Work directly with agentic engineers to evaluate when agentic versus deterministic approaches are appropriate and establish guardrails before agents interact with production data.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with competing timelines and budgets, making ruthless prioritization decisions and leading steering committees and sprint reviews.

Requirements

  • At least five years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership over scope, roadmap decisions, and delivery outcomes.
  • Agency or consulting background managing multiple client accounts or engagements, with proven skill in setting and protecting scope.
  • Hands-on experience shipping at least two of the following: a zero-to-one greenfield product build, a legacy platform rebuild or migration, or a client-facing enablement or training program.
  • Direct experience scoping, building, or shipping agentic products or workflows, with understanding of the tradeoffs between agentic and deterministic system design.
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations with engineers about architecture, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails without requiring translation.
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills, including the ability to influence VP-level stakeholders, address objections, and decline requests when they lack merit.
  • Proven capacity to move quickly from ambiguous briefs into clear one-page plans with justified tradeoffs, and comfort operating in uncertain environments.

What makes this role worth considering

This role offers the variety and impact of agency work combined with deep specialization in a rapidly evolving technology space. You’ll partner with a team that values curiosity and practical innovation while working on meaningful client transformations across industries and product types—from launching entirely new AI capabilities to fundamentally modernizing how established organizations operate.
