Role overview

Lalamove is a logistics platform that has connected millions of drivers and customers since 2013, operating across Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe while expanding into new markets. As an Application & IT Support Engineer based in New York, you will provide hands-on support for the company’s technology infrastructure, serving the local office while also contributing to development initiatives that keep operations running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Provide primary application support to end users across the New York office, addressing technical issues and questions in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot technology problems affecting local operations and work toward effective solutions.
Collaborate with the broader technology team to maintain and improve systems used daily by office staff.
Support the local technology environment to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of company systems.
Contribute to development work alongside your support responsibilities when opportunities arise.
Document issues, resolutions, and system improvements to support knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience providing technical support to end users and resolving application-related issues.
Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure management in a business environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Willingness to take on development tasks and grow technical skills beyond support responsibilities.
