Role overview

This is an analytical engineering position within the Global Platforms – Data department, designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with less than one year of experience. You will transform raw data into reliable, well-structured datasets that enable consistent reporting and self-serve analytics across the organization, while preparing data infrastructure for AI-assisted insights.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain clean, reusable datasets including fact and dimension tables that support reporting and analytics
Define, document, and align business metrics and definitions to ensure consistency across the company
Answer analytical questions with clear methodology and create reusable self-serve analytics assets such as dashboards
Develop AI-friendly data products with well-defined datasets, metrics, and comprehensive documentation
Write tests, checks, and monitoring for key datasets to ensure data quality and reliability
Collaborate with data engineers and product teams on schema changes, event tracking, and pipeline enhancements

Requirements

Fresh graduate or less than one year of relevant experience through internships, projects, or part-time roles
Solid SQL fundamentals including joins, aggregations, and basic window functions
Proficiency in one programming language for analysis, preferably Python, with skills in data manipulation and basic statistics
Strong analytical thinking with ability to define problems, form hypotheses, validate data, and communicate findings
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and reliable outputs
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
