Role overview

This Business Operations Manager will lead the strategy and execution of the company’s internal Product Tools ecosystem, a critical platform that accelerates product development and business decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities

Define a three-year strategic roadmap for internal product tools while securing cross-functional buy-in to establish priorities and resource allocation aligned with business goals.
Accelerate tool delivery and adoption by leading planning and execution across multiple engineering teams to ensure successful, on-time launches of critical features and platform improvements.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for tool effectiveness, providing regular status updates and executive reports on progress, risks, and quantifiable business impact.
Identify and mitigate high-level program risks and resolve complex cross-team roadblocks to prevent delays in major roadmap milestones.
Develop and implement a change management strategy focused on successful user adoption and integrating the tools as the backbone for product operations.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, multi-team technical roadmaps from conception through launch and adoption.
Strategic business acumen to connect tool feature development with high-level business objectives and translate technical capabilities into measurable organizational value.
