• Monitor the branch’s cash requirements and estimate future cash supply needs.

• Handle customer concerns and work toward practical solutions.
• Manage customer dissatisfaction in line with HSBC’s Customer Response Handling Guidelines.
• Take responsibility for decisions, actions, and appropriate risk mitigation.
• Support the Customer Service Manager when required.
• Assist colleagues in completing their duties and maintaining smooth team operations.
• Perform additional branch operational responsibilities when required, including duties after banking hours.

Requirements for HSBC Cashier I
