Key responsibilities

Deliver invoices to clients and verify that all documentation is complete, accurate, and meets client-specific requirements to support timely payment processing.
Distribute monthly account statements to clients and confirm that all invoices are correctly recorded in their systems.
Schedule and collect payments from clients through transfers, cheques, and cash, while following up to ensure timely payment preparation.
Coordinate quarterly balance confirmations with clients to maintain accurate financial records.
Provide bank deposit slips to the branch accountant and maintain detailed records of all delivery and payment transactions.
Build and maintain professional financial relationships with clients to enable smooth communication and resolve any financial disputes.
Support other commercial departments as needed to sustain daily business operations.

Requirements

More than two years of experience in a similar collections or financial role, ideally within the construction industry or construction-technology sector.
Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and business practices.
Proficiency in English language communication.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with accounting, sales, and client teams.
Demonstrated ability to follow up diligently, pay close attention to detail, and deliver consistent results.
Ability to maintain professionalism while managing financial challenges and client concerns.
