The Digital Experience Insights team at this data platform company is seeking a Data Scientist Engineer to lead analytics initiatives that drive strategic business decisions. You will transform complex datasets into predictive models, statistical analyses, and actionable insights for leadership across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Develop machine learning models for applications including predictive modeling, time-series analysis, clustering, churn prediction, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.
Apply advanced statistical and computational techniques to large-scale datasets using methods such as multilevel modeling and statistical libraries.
Design and conduct quantitative research using rigorous experimental methodologies to answer complex business questions.
Create executive-level visualizations and dashboards that translate complex analytical findings into insights senior leadership can act on.
Collaborate directly with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop data-driven strategies and inform product decisions.
Adapt your analytical approach to shifting priorities as the organization evolves its focus across different problem areas.

Requirements

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computational Methods, Physical Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Five to eight or more years of professional experience applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and quantitative research methods.
Demonstrated expertise in quantitative research methodologies and experimental design, evidenced by scientific or computational publications, presentations, or patents.
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
Hands-on experience with machine learning and statistical libraries including Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, and Statsmodels.
