Dishwasher Responsibilities
- Operate the dishwashing machine to clean all plates, utensils, cooking tools, and equipment used by staff
- Use the three-compartment sink as a backup if the dishwashing machine breaks down
- Keep cleaning chemicals at the correct levels for proper equipment function
- Work efficiently, follow team direction to prioritize dishware for prep and service, and restock clean items in the kitchen
- Follow all Health Department guidelines, including proper storage, labeling, dating, and rotation of products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Job Requirements
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work with urgency and stay focused during busy shifts
- Good communication skills
- Must be 18 or older to operate certain kitchen machinery
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $16 – $19, based on experience
