What You Will Be Doing
As a Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first people guests meet. Your duties include:
- Greeting guests warmly when they arrive and leave.
- Carrying luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining room features and hotel facilities.
- Giving information about hotel services, outlets, and local attractions.
- Keeping the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas clean and organized.
