Role overview

Lightspeed is seeking an Enterprise Strategy Analyst to support strategic initiatives across the organization during a period of significant growth and multi-year transformation. You will conduct analysis, develop insights, and help teams throughout the company make decisions grounded in data. This role sits within the Operations department and offers the opportunity to influence key business priorities at a global commerce platform serving over 100 countries.

Key responsibilities

Support enterprise and business strategy efforts through research, analysis, and insight development, including contributions to annual strategic planning and ongoing strategic review cycles.
Break down complex business problems and conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand underlying issues.
Build models, synthesize data from multiple sources, and develop materials that inform executive-level decision-making.
Contribute to the development of business cases, strategic plans, and recommendations for key initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Track progress and performance of initiatives against established milestones and targets.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
