Housekeeping Order Taker – Rotana Hotels

We are looking for a Housekeeping Order Taker to help organize and manage housekeeping requests quickly and smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and reply to emails from guests asking for housekeeping services.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to make sure requests are completed on time.
  • Keep clear records of all housekeeping requests and follow up to make sure guests are happy with the service.
  • Give great customer service and handle any guest concerns or special requests.
  • Keep track of housekeeping supplies and inventory needed for daily operations.
