We are looking for a Housekeeping Order Taker to help organize and manage housekeeping requests quickly and smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails from guests asking for housekeeping services.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to make sure requests are completed on time.
- Keep clear records of all housekeeping requests and follow up to make sure guests are happy with the service.
- Give great customer service and handle any guest concerns or special requests.
- Keep track of housekeeping supplies and inventory needed for daily operations.
