About the Role
As a Lobby Hostess, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, crafting a warm and welcoming arrival experience from the moment they step through the door. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with directions, providing guidance during check-in and check-out, and addressing immediate requests—all while ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the lobby. Working closely alongside the Front Office team, you’ll help manage guest movement, reduce waiting times, and uphold exceptional service standards. Beyond the basics, you’ll build genuine relationships with guests, anticipate their individual needs, offer personalized recommendations, and contribute meaningfully to an outstanding luxury hospitality experience.
About You
You bring at least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing operational role within a 5-star hotel setting, and you take pride in presenting a professional, polished appearance. Your passion for hospitality drives your commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and careful attention to detail. Articulate, energetic, and confident, you communicate clearly with strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera is preferred, along with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and stay composed even in a fast-paced environment.
