e.construct, a global engineering firm with offices worldwide, is seeking an HSE Officer for its Dubai office. This full-time position will be central to maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization’s engineering and design operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard evaluations across projects and facilities
- Monitor compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety protocols and best practices
- Maintain documentation and records related to HSE performance and audits
Requirements
- Professional qualification or certification in health, safety, and environmental management
- Proven experience in HSE roles within engineering or construction environments
- Knowledge of UAE and local regulatory requirements for health and safety
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
