Role overview
Satispay is a financial services platform that puts banking and payment solutions directly in users’ hands, serving over 6.5 million people. As an Inside Business Developer B2B, you will drive growth by acquiring new merchants and expanding the value delivered to existing customers through phone-based outreach and solution promotion.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new commercial businesses to join the Satispay network, with a focus on converting inbound leads through telephone outreach.
- Engage existing active merchants to encourage adoption of new features and premium solutions through upselling activities.
- Conduct negotiations using communication and persuasion skills to convert both inbound and outbound prospects into customers within short timeframes.
- Manage your sales pipeline independently using HubSpot CRM while adhering to required compliance standards.
- Communicate the benefits, simplicity and innovation of Satispay payment services to potential merchants and existing partners.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, curiosity and determination to take on new responsibilities within a team environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build immediate trust and professional relationships with diverse contacts.
