As an Inside Business Developer B2B based in Naples, you will drive growth by acquiring new merchant partners and expanding the value delivered to existing customers through phone-based outreach and relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new merchant businesses to join the Satispay network, with a primary focus on converting inbound leads into active partners.
- Engage existing merchants to promote adoption of new features and premium payment solutions through upselling activities.
- Conduct negotiations using communication and persuasion skills to convert both inbound and outbound prospects into customers within tight timeframes.
- Manage your sales pipeline independently using HubSpot CRM while adhering to all required compliance standards.
- Explain the benefits, simplicity and innovation of Satispay’s payment services to prospective and existing merchant partners.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and take ownership of results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build immediate trust and professional relationships with diverse contacts.
- Confidence in phone-based communication, active listening ability, and skill in converting objections into business opportunities.
- Comfort working toward clearly defined KPIs with motivation to meet and exceed targets.
- Genuine interest in fintech and digital payments, and understanding of how technology can simplify merchant operations.
