Senior Product Manager - Credit

Role overview

Satispay is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Credit business line, with a focus on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and related financial products. You will own the strategy and execution of credit offerings, building these products from inception through to scale for millions of users across the Satispay platform.

Key responsibilities

Drive the full strategy and execution of the BNPL product line, taking features from initial concept through to scaling phases.
Design and optimize the consumer-facing credit experience, ensuring complex financial tools remain intuitive, transparent, and well-integrated into the Satispay platform.
Coordinate across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud teams to align priorities and ensure shared product vision.
Create clear user stories and product requirements for Engineering teams, bridging frontend user experience with backend systems including credit scoring and collection processes.
Monitor product usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and new market possibilities.
Champion documentation standards and efficient workflows to help teams anticipate challenges and deliver products smoothly.

Requirements

At least five years of experience working as a Product Manager, with a minimum of three years specializing in the Credit domain.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products from scratch and managing their growth and scaling phases.
Strong grasp of credit scoring mechanisms, collection management practices, and broader financial operations.
Demonstrated success collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, BI, and Finance.
Professional fluency in English.
