Role overview

The Exploration Company is seeking an IT Administrator to support its operations in Turin, Italy. In this full-time position within the Digital Systems department, you will enable the company to function efficiently by managing IT infrastructure and providing essential technical support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and general IT problems.
Manage user onboarding and offboarding procedures, including device setup, account creation, and software configuration.
Maintain and monitor hardware inventory across all company sites.
Configure and maintain local networks to guarantee stable connectivity for all users.
Assist the DevOps team with supporting and maintaining on-premise infrastructure systems.
Work alongside the central IT team to configure and maintain the Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environment.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in IT administration and end-user support roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 configuration and Entra ID user management.
Practical experience with Intune and mobile device management solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with careful attention to detail and the ability to balance quality with speed.
Mandatory proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with Linux and Windows servers and command-line tools is a plus.
