Role overview

Satispay is a financial platform serving over 6.5 million users, providing payments, benefits, investing, cards and other financial services. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the security, reliability and efficiency of the company’s devices, tools and systems, enabling the wider team to work effectively and build products without technical obstacles.

Key responsibilities

Design and maintain automation workflows using tools such as n8n and Make to connect business systems and eliminate manual repetitive work.
Handle advanced support tickets that require investigation and troubleshooting beyond first-line assistance.
Administer and secure core cloud services including Google Workspace, Slack and Keeper, managing user onboarding, offboarding and security policies.
Configure, deploy and monitor endpoint devices through MDM platforms such as Jamf, Knox and Google Workspace, and use EDR tools to detect and respond to security threats.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT hardware from procurement through to decommissioning, and prioritise support tickets using ITSM platforms based on business impact and service level agreements.
Manage and troubleshoot local network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, firewalls and DNS systems to reduce dependency on external providers during outages.

Requirements

Practical experience building and maintaining complex integrations using Make and n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
Proven background in Tier 2 IT support with demonstrable experience managing local network infrastructure.
Strong competency in managing user identities and access across business platforms such as Google Workspace.
Familiarity with modern MDM solutions including Jamf and Knox, and with EDR tools for proactive security threat management.
Solid knowledge of IT asset management practices and ticket prioritisation methodologies.
Professional fluency in English, with Italian as an additional advantage.
