As a Key Account Manager based in Toronto, you will nurture long-term partnerships with Jobber’s largest customers, taking relationships beyond the initial sale to drive retention, growth, and expanded value.
Key responsibilities

- Drive payment processing growth by identifying opportunities for clients to process more transactions through Jobber Payments.
- Build strategic, consultative relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted business advisor rather than a transactional contact.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of Jobber’s products and services.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and expand the product footprint within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and support teams to ensure consistent and seamless customer experiences.
- Provide product feedback based on customer needs and help develop best practices and processes for the Key Account Management department.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in account management, customer success, or sales roles within a B2B software environment, with fintech experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and retention goals, including surpassing 100% of target for the last six months or more.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-focused, consultative mindset.
- Proficiency with the Challenger Sales methodology.
- Familiarity with Jobber’s products and services.
