Position Summary

This is a newly created role dedicated to laundry service at Triple 2 Studio’s serviced apartments. The Laundry Attendant will manage overall laundry operations and assist with other Housekeeping Department needs, working a 5-day week.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick up guests’ linen items, ensuring proper washing, cleaning, drying, and return in pristine condition
• Uphold a professional impression and perception of Triple 2 Studio
• Ensure any found personal belongings (e.g., money, loose items) in guests’ laundry are returned with their garments promptly
• Process proper documentation and recording of laundry requests and charges
• Organize and maintain the laundry and work areas in clean, hygienic condition throughout and at the end of each shift
• Ensure all laundry equipment is clean and kept in good working condition at all times
• Undertake and perform any additional duties assigned by the Housekeeping Department
