Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing mid-market accounts in a commercial or account management capacity.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, global trade, or related sectors.
• Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record identifying and capturing expansion opportunities within existing customer bases.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, product, and support teams.
