Sales Manager

Role overview

Lalamove is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales team in Riyadh. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for building and motivating a high-performing sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving revenue growth for the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass both individual and collective sales targets.
• Hire, train and develop sales executives, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads while pitching Lalamove’s services to prospective clients.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify process gaps and areas for improvement, then report findings to senior management.
• Design and implement sales processes and strategies that enhance team effectiveness and output.
• Teach your team consultative selling techniques and ensure alignment with key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in sales management roles, with preference given to candidates from startup or logistics backgrounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Proven track record in sales including prospecting, qualifying leads, relationship building and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrated willingness to take ownership of challenges and contribute hands-on where needed.
