Tamara is Saudi Arabia’s first FinTech unicorn building a customer-centric financial super app. The Builders Program is an entry-level initiative for recent graduates and early-career professionals with up to two years of experience to launch meaningful careers across multiple functions, including data-focused roles. Key responsibilities

Support analytics and reporting initiatives that help teams understand customer behavior, measure business impact, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Explore machine learning models and algorithms to uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and enhance product experiences across the platform.
Build and maintain data pipelines, platforms, and infrastructure that process millions of data points into reliable, accessible insights for the organization.
Apply statistical methods, experimentation, and advanced analytical techniques to identify problems, uncover business opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into meaningful discoveries and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field relevant to your area of interest.
Up to two years of professional experience, including internships or co-op placements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a preference for data-driven approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain findings and collaborate effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently while remaining organized.
Comfort working with ambiguity and self-directing when facing uncertain situations.
Some exposure to your area of interest through coursework, internships, or personal projects is advantageous, though potential is valued over a perfect résumé.
