As a Senior Talent Producer based in San Francisco, you will be central to the Speakers team’s mission of hosting world-class speakers at our flagship events. You will combine direct speaker recruitment with operational leadership to ensure no high-profile opportunity is missed.

Key responsibilities

Build and manage your own pipeline of A-list speaker targets, driving recruitment efforts from initial contact through final confirmation.
Personally close deals with sought-after talent for Web Summit’s main events.
Serve as the operational backbone for the wider talent acquisition effort across the organization.
Coordinate with teams across the company to ensure alignment on speaker priorities and prevent missed opportunities with high-profile names.
Work to continuously elevate the caliber and impact of speakers appearing on Web Summit stages.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of success in talent acquisition, speaker recruitment, or similar high-stakes relationship-closing roles.
Ability to manage large pipelines of prospects independently and drive results with minimal oversight.
Strong organizational and operational skills to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and projects.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities needed to engage with prominent industry figures.
Results-focused mindset with ambition to work on globally significant events and speakers.
