Key responsibilities

Build and manage your own pipeline of high-profile speaker targets, taking ownership of outreach and negotiations to secure commitments.
Close deals with A-list talent and key figures to confirm their participation in Web Summit events.
Serve as the operational foundation for the broader talent acquisition effort across the organization.
Ensure that no significant opportunities with high-profile names are missed across the company.
Collaborate with the Speakers team to maintain Web Summit’s reputation for hosting world-class talent.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to work at a high level with ambitious, driven goals and a results-oriented mindset.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, speaker recruitment, or similar high-stakes relationship management roles.
Strong capability to independently manage pipelines and close complex negotiations with senior-level contacts.
