Role overview

Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform that helps companies streamline purchasing across teams, tools, and suppliers. As a Solutions Manager based in New York City, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Zip for new enterprise customers, working directly with their teams to configure the platform and ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation for new enterprise customers, building out their procurement processes from the ground up.
Manage customer onboarding with a focus on understanding their requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve their specific business challenges.
Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to ensure they can use the platform independently.
Oversee project-related activities and delegate tasks to supporting solutions and technical consultants across multiple customer engagements.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests, determine feasibility, and set clear expectations.
Continuously improve post-sales processes to help customers achieve faster time to value.
Take ownership of customer success and work proactively to resolve issues and accelerate onboarding timelines.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience as a Procurement or Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or in a customer-facing role managing enterprise relationships at a B2B SaaS company.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide, ideally global, P2P or ERP implementations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, taking initiative to resolve challenges.
Comfortable with software configuration and able to work collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
Ability to push back constructively while maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Willingness to take on whatever is needed to support customer success and company growth.
