Role overview

As a Technical Program Manager in AI Delivery based in Dammam, you will serve as the operational and technical bridge between Cohere’s engineering teams and strategic customers, ensuring successful deployment of enterprise AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

Deliver clear, objective communication across technical teams, Cohere departments, leadership, and strategic customers to maintain alignment and transparency.
Decompose complex technical and business challenges into actionable strategies that align engineering priorities with product, business, and marketing objectives.
Create and maintain program schedules, identify critical dependencies, manage risks, and drive organizational alignment across multiple work-streams.
Drive on-time delivery of projects while identifying gaps in skills or resources and establishing regular checkpoints for status tracking.
Proactively identify and resolve blockers, coordinate dependencies across teams in different time zones, and prioritize impacts to schedule and product quality.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in customer-facing technical delivery focused on enterprise-grade AI software or solutions.
Knowledge or hands-on experience with large language model training or optimization, which is considered a key differentiator.
Proven ability to work independently across cross-functional teams to deliver technical products and services to customers, with demonstrated success tracking and reporting across multiple concurrent work-streams.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to capture comprehensive notes and action items during technical discussions, and disciplined progress tracking.
Execution-focused mindset with a bias toward action, comfort holding leaders and individual contributors accountable, and diplomatic assertiveness in following up on commitments.
