Caseware, a leading Canadian fintech company with over 30 years of experience in audit and accounting software, is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Toronto office. This permanent, full-time role will support the rapid expansion of engineering, product management, data, and AI-focused teams by building talent pipelines and driving hiring initiatives that align with the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to identify and define recruitment needs for open positions across technical teams.
Source and screen candidates for engineering, product management, data, and AI-focused roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through offer presentation.
Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring candidates receive a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Drive hiring velocity by managing high-volume recruitment efforts in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
Work with People Operations and Technology teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Stay informed on current job market trends across North America and multi-region markets to support strategic hiring decisions.

Requirements

Four to five years of experience recruiting technical talent, including roles such as engineers, AI specialists, product managers, and data professionals.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments that require strong team collaboration.
Knowledge of current trends and dynamics in the North American job market, with familiarity across multiple regions preferred.
Comfort working in ambiguous situations and contributing to process innovation within a growing organization.
An AI-first mindset that informs both candidate evaluation and efforts to improve hiring process efficiency.
Self-motivated approach with a drive to deliver measurable impact and distinguish yourself through your contributions.
