About the Waiter / Waitress Role
As part of the Café Malacca team, you will help create a positive dining experience by providing attentive, efficient and professional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Manage the smooth operation of your assigned restaurant section.
- Maintain the required hotel and restaurant service standards.
- Make sure the work area is clean, organized and fully prepared before and after service.
- Assist guests with taking food and beverage orders.
- Provide recommendations about available dishes, drinks and promotions.
- Keep customers informed about current restaurant offers.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
- Listen to guest comments and collect feedback to help improve service quality.
- Work closely with other team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel or food and beverage service industry.
- A strong customer-focused attitude.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
