Warehouse Outbound Coordinator - UAE National Only

Role overview

As a Warehouse Outbound Coordinator with Etihad Airways, you will oversee the complete movement of goods through the outbound warehouse process. Your work ensures that shipments leave accurately, safely, and on schedule while maintaining compliance with all destination and customs requirements. This role is critical to keeping warehouse operations flowing smoothly for the UAE’s national airline.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the full picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders according to customer specifications and shipping priorities, including operation of forklifts.
Work with the Logistics team to schedule and dispatch outbound shipments on time.
Prepare and verify all required shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices, and customs or export paperwork.
Manage customs clearance for all outgoing bonded materials and maintain accurate data records in the PWC system.
Inspect all outgoing shipments for damage, verify proper packaging standards, and enforce warehouse safety protocols across all operations.
Supervise and train both permanent and third-party personnel to meet daily output targets and service agreements.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through pick audits and pre-dispatch checks, while leading efforts to address operational bottlenecks and improve processes.

Requirements

Higher Secondary Education qualification.
Minimum three to five years of experience working in large-scale warehouse operations.
Proven working experience with the SAP WM module of ERP systems.
UAE-licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator certification, with a light vehicle driver license preferred.
Safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
