Role overview

Apply is seeking an Agentic UX Designer and Rapid Prototyper to lead design efforts on a flagship AI-driven Brand Building platform. Apply specializes in Agentic Customer Experience solutions for major consumer and entertainment brands across Retail, CPG, Sports, and Media sectors, partnering with companies including Arc’teryx, NFL, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz. This contract role will be instrumental in moving a transformative platform initiative toward executive approval and implementation.

Key responsibilities

Design and prototype a unified platform that consolidates 30 legacy tools and hundreds of separate workflows into a single integrated system.
Establish credibility quickly with stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around a cohesive vision for the platform.
Communicate complex design decisions and rationale to both technical team members and non-technical business leaders.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business leads to ensure designs address genuine user and business needs.
Deliver work at a rapid pace to support the platform’s advancement toward executive sign-off.
Embed within the team to maintain close coordination across departments and maintain momentum throughout the engagement.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience designing user experiences for complex, multi-tool or enterprise platforms.
Strong prototyping skills with the ability to quickly validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
Proven ability to build stakeholder trust and align cross-functional teams around design vision.
Excellent communication skills for translating design decisions to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments where pace and delivery are critical.
