Role overview

This is a senior consulting position focused on guiding organizations through AI adoption and organizational change. The role sits within Trans Skills, an HRIS and employment solutions provider headquartered in Dubai with a global presence across more than 40 countries. You will help clients navigate the complexities of implementing new technologies and transforming how teams work.

Key responsibilities

Lead change management initiatives and digital transformation programs for clients adopting AI and modern workplace technologies.
Develop and deliver training programs that help non-technical stakeholders understand and embrace AI tools and concepts.
Manage stakeholder relationships throughout technology adoption projects, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns.
Apply formal change management methodologies to structure and support organizational transitions.
Provide strategic consulting on technology adoption best practices and organizational readiness for digital initiatives.
Collaborate with clients to assess their current state and design change strategies tailored to their needs.

Requirements

Eight to fifteen years of professional experience in change management, digital transformation, technology adoption, learning and development, or consulting roles.
Working knowledge of established change management frameworks, particularly ADKAR or Prosci methodologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, Power Platform, or similar digital workplace solutions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to audiences without technical backgrounds.
Strong presentation, communication, and training delivery skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
Current residency in the UAE or willingness to relocate and work within the UAE.

What makes this role worth considering
