Key responsibilities

• Represent Etihad Airways to guests from around the world while maintaining the airline’s reputation for excellence.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, high-quality service on every flight.
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers throughout each journey.
• Work collaboratively within a multicultural cabin crew team to manage flight operations professionally.
• Adapt to varying flight schedules and environments, as each flight presents unique circumstances and passenger needs.
• Progress toward leadership roles such as Cabin Senior and Cabin Manager through demonstrated performance and experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a minimum height of 163 centimeters.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of additional languages considered advantageous.
• Maintain no visible tattoos or piercings while in Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
• Possess genuine enthusiasm for a travel-oriented lifestyle and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
