Role overview

Trans Skills, an HRIS and employment solutions provider operating across more than 140 countries, is seeking an AI Solution Architect for its pre-sales team in Dubai or Saudi Arabia. You will lead the technical strategy behind complex enterprise AI opportunities, guiding clients through discovery, design and proposal development on the Microsoft cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

Conduct in-depth technical discovery with client stakeholders across business, data, security and technology functions to translate priorities into viable AI use cases and delivery strategies.
Design enterprise-grade architectures for generative AI, agentic AI, conversational AI, intelligent search and document intelligence solutions using Microsoft cloud technologies.
Develop working demonstrations, accelerators and proof-of-concepts based on production patterns to validate feasibility, user experience, system integration and expected business value.
Own the technical components of RFPs, RFIs and proposals, including architecture design, solution narratives, scope definition, resource estimation, bill of materials and risk assessment.
Define appropriate patterns for retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, tool integration, memory management, orchestration, evaluation and human oversight for each use case.
Present solutions in workshops and bid reviews, addressing detailed questions from enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and procurement stakeholders.
Support technical due diligence and implementation handover after contract award, ensuring proposal commitments align with delivery feasibility and planning.

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, AI and machine learning engineering, or enterprise solution consulting.
At least 3 years of direct experience designing and delivering generative AI solutions, including enterprise retrieval-augmented generation and AI agent development.
Proven track record delivering AI and advanced analytics solutions beyond the proof-of-concept phase, with strong knowledge of production engineering, security, monitoring and operational support.
Strong hands-on development skills in Python and experience with APIs and SDKs; C# and .NET knowledge is preferred.
Deep expertise in large language model application patterns, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector retrieval, function calling, structured outputs, agent orchestration and guardrails.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems including APIs, databases, document repositories and identity management platforms.
Solid understanding of cloud security, Entra ID, managed identities, private networking, secrets management and role-based access controls.
Demonstrated ability in client discovery, solution presentations, technical documentation and proposal development for complex enterprise deals.
Fluent English with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
