Role overview

This position involves creating photography content for Etihad Airways’ brand, marketing and social media presence. You will capture images across events, internal communications, training and products, with your work appearing on global social platforms, the company website, advertising materials and internal newsletters. Etihad Airways is the UAE’s national airline, operating from Abu Dhabi with plans to expand its fleet and network significantly.

Key responsibilities

Capture photographs for marketing, social media, events, media functions and internal communication purposes across the organization.
Oversee the complete photography workflow from initial project planning through to shooting, post-processing and archival of images.
Build and maintain a corporate image library that supports the company’s brand strategy while continuously adding fresh imagery.
Work alongside graphic designers to select images that align with brand standards for corporate applications.
Review and oversee image processing and usage to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and corporate objectives.
Operate cameras, lighting equipment and image editing software to produce high-quality visual content using current technology.
Set up, configure and manage lighting and equipment for all photographed events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in photography or a related field is preferred.
Minimum five years of professional photography experience with a portfolio demonstrating diverse assignments and projects.
Knowledge of modern photography techniques, principles and equipment.
Proficiency with image editing software.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience in the airline industry is advantageous but not required.
