Role overview

This position involves creating and producing social media content in real time during live events, partnerships, and activations for Etihad Airways. You will work at pace to capture, edit, and deliver content that aligns with campaign direction and is optimized for social platforms, supporting the airline’s presence across priority channels.

Key responsibilities

Capture and produce social content during live events, activations, and brand partnerships.
Deliver fast-turnaround content that meets approved campaign and brand direction while adapting formats in real time based on platform and moment requirements.
Support live storytelling and content delivery across priority social platforms.
Execute content requirements defined by Brand, Campaigns, and Partnerships teams to ensure activation deliverables are publication-ready.
Maintain creative quality and consistency while working at speed, following defined production standards and guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the Social Content Manager, regional teams, on-ground crews, and Creative Production teams during major activations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Four or more years of experience in social content creation or live content production roles.
Strong hands-on experience filming and editing content on the ground.
Proven experience working on events, activations, or live moments with demonstrated ability to execute platform-native content.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
Ability to respond quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and incorporate feedback to improve real-time output.
