Key responsibilities

Represent Etihad Airways across the world while delivering outstanding guest experiences on every flight.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Reach a minimum height of 163 centimetres.
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English, with additional languages considered advantageous.
Display no visible tattoos or piercings while in the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
Possess genuine enthusiasm for a travel-based lifestyle and an ambition to excel in aviation service.
Show a strong commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences with a guest-focused mindset.

Compensation

You’ll earn a tax-free salary of up to AED 10,000 monthly, with additional compensation for flight hours and layovers depending on your assigned roster.
