Role overview

Vosker, a North American leader in remote surveillance technology, is seeking a Brand Activation Coordinator to join its marketing team in Montreal. This full-time position reports to the Commercial Marketing Manager and focuses on planning, coordinating and executing events, trade shows, sponsorships and brand visibility initiatives for Vosker and its sister brand SPYPOINT.

Key responsibilities

Plan and organize the company’s participation in trade shows and other events, managing all phases from initial preparation through post-event follow-up.
Develop event timelines, logistics plans and budgets while coordinating promotional materials, booth setup and equipment needs.
Manage event registrations, accreditations and reservations.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams including sales, graphic design, marketing, product and leadership to ensure consistency and readiness across all initiatives.
Oversee supplier relationships to secure appropriate products, materials and quantities with on-time delivery for events.
Review sponsorship requests and make recommendations based on brand strategy and visibility objectives, then supervise implementation and monitoring of sponsorship agreements.
Collect post-event data, conduct follow-up with participants and prospects, and prepare performance reports that document results, strengths, areas for improvement and recommendations.

Requirements

Two to four years of experience coordinating trade shows or working in marketing, or completion of a marketing diploma.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
Proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Canva and Excel.
Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Jira.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and collaborative approach to teamwork.
Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, required for managing suppliers, clients and events in the United States.
Strong attention to detail, independence and proactive approach to work.
