AI71, based in Abu Dhabi, has built SuperHive, an agentic AI platform that serves the construction industry by automating decisions and work across project lifecycles. The company works with major developers and project owners across the Gulf and is expanding globally. As an Engagement Lead, you will manage how SuperHive is deployed at client organizations, bridging strategy and execution across product implementations and co-developed capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Manage engagements from start to finish, including workplan development, workstream structuring, milestone tracking, blocker escalation, and overall delivery management.
Work alongside client domain experts to understand their specific problems, identify where SuperHive can be applied, and define success in their operational context.
Lead implementations of existing SuperHive products by scoping customizations, driving user adoption, and ensuring the platform’s benefits integrate into daily operations.
Co-lead design-partnership engagements where new capabilities are developed with clients, translating their requirements for product and engineering teams and incorporating learnings into the product roadmap.
Serve as the primary connection between Product, Engineering, and client teams, translating strategic goals into executable deliverables and feeding operational realities back into strategy.

Requirements

Minimum five years of experience in management consulting, enterprise software or AI deployment strategy, or comparable operational engagement management.
Proven ability to apply structured problem-solving in the style of leading consulting firms, breaking down complex ambiguous problems, framing them logically, and sequencing work toward outcomes.
Demonstrated track record managing complex engagements end-to-end as a project manager or workstream leader, with experience owning timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder management independently.
Hands-on, pragmatic approach to work, with capability to conduct analysis, create presentations, facilitate workshops, and gather data directly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting technical concepts to engineers and synthesizing information for senior leadership.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with high autonomy and to operate effectively without established processes or playbooks.
