Role overview
Caseware is a longstanding fintech company that has served the audit and accounting software industry for over 30 years, with more than 500,000 users across 130 countries. As Head of Solutions for APAC, you will lead product management and development strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region, ensuring the software meets the changing needs of auditors and accountants in the Audit & Accounting, Corporate, and Government segments.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop the regional product roadmap for the APAC market.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to align strategy and execution.
- Gather customer feedback and translate market needs into the product backlog.
- Champion customer priorities and perspectives throughout the product development process.
- Drive the development of market-leading solutions that support customer retention and growth across the region.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product management or solutions leadership within software or technology environments.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate market feedback into product strategy.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on market demand and business impact.
