Role overview

Flowlife is seeking an IT Manager to join its operations team in Riyadh. The company operates a real estate and technology platform delivering residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces designed around community and resident experience. This is a full-time salaried position leading the information technology function.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the IT operations and infrastructure supporting Flowlife’s residential, hotel, multifamily, and office properties.
• Manage technology systems and platforms that enable the company’s connected living experience across its portfolio.
• Lead and supervise IT team members to ensure reliable service delivery and system performance.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s operational and growth objectives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity across all technology systems and resident-facing platforms.
• Support business continuity and technology infrastructure for multiple property types and operational ecosystems.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure within a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to build and manage technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, security protocols, and operational technology platforms.
• Experience supporting real estate, hospitality, or related service-oriented businesses is advantageous.
• Proficiency in IT project management and vendor relationship management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work across multiple departments.
